Reduced Mobility
The indoor venues for the 2027 Canada Games have been designed to provide an accessible and welcoming experience for people with a wide range of accessibility needs. People who use wheelchairs can purchase an accessible ticket for the reduced mobility zone through our ticketing platform. This ticket provides access to the area reserved for people with limited mobility and allows you to watch competitions in the same sport for an entire day.
The number of accessible tickets available is limited by the area’s capacity. Only one support person is admitted free of charge, regardless of age. No refunds will be issued if a ticket is purchased for the support person.
For outdoor venues, accessibility may vary depending on weather conditions and the condition of the grounds. To help you plan your visit, access information for spectator areas is provided for each of the 2027 Canada Games competition venues.

Companion Leisure Card (CAL) & Access 2 Card
The 2027 Canada Games are proud to recognize the Companion Leisure Card and the Access 2 Card. Persons with disabilities who need a support person can obtain a complimentary admission for that support person upon presentation of their Access 2 Card or Companion Leisure Card (CAL).
This complimentary admission is available for both general admission tickets and accessible tickets for the reduced mobility section.
At the time of purchase, spectators may indicate that they require a support person. Only one support person is admitted free of charge, regardless of age. No refunds will be issued if a ticket is purchased for the support person.

Service Animals
Guide dogs and mobility assistance dogs are welcome at all venues to accompany persons with disabilities.
Medical Care
To ensure everyone’s safety, medical care for spectators is always available on site if needed.
