Quebec City, May 15, 2027 — The 2027 Canada Games Host Society invites the public to unleash their creativity in a unique contest to design the official mascot of the 2027 Canada Games.
The contest, open to all, seeks an original design that will capture the spirit of the Canada Games. Participants are encouraged to submit an original drawing of a mascot that represents an animal native to Quebec and evokes northern characteristics, along with a meaningful name. Each submission must include a brief explanation justifying the choice of animal and name.
Prizes
- The honour of bing the creator of the official mascot of the 2027 Canada Games
- An invitation to attend the mascot unveiling event
- Four (4) tickets to the opening and closing ceremonies
- A $100 gift card to spend at the official Canada Games store
Contest Details
- Open to residents of the Capitale-Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches regions, with no age restrictions
- One submission per person
- Drawings must be submitted via email to mascotte@jeuxducanada2027.ca
- The deadline for submissions is June 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM
